Hiram. Re. rmbs and athm - both have excellent technology. Rmbs greatly speeds chip to chip communication and athm greatly improves bandwidth - the use of cable modems to compete with the phone companies was strongly advocated by Bob Metcalfe in his satellite broadcast to the MIT Enterprise forum in June (he didnt mention athm by name). Re. valuation: companies with incredible growth will always seem rich. Imo we will see imminent growth with rmbs - which I bought in the 50's. Imo athm has a lot of potential but whether it will be realized is a key question. I've spoken with athm salespeople twice during the last month and the rate of rollout is very slow yet it already is valued at a reasonable fraction of the price of aol. I'm on the sidelines with this company until I see much greater rollout rate. Gary
