MERQ ($44) beats, guides in line (44.20) Reports Q2 (Jun) earnings of $0.22 per share, $0.02 better than the Reuters Research consensus of $0.20; revenues rose 25.6% year/year to $118.1 mln vs the $114.9 mln consensus. Company sees pro forma Q3 EPS of $0.19-0.25 vs R.R. consensus $0.22, revenues $118-125 mln, estimate $119.4 mln. For Y03, MERQ sees EPS of $0.90-1.00 vs R.R. consensus $0.90 on revs of $480-500 mln R.R. consensus of $478 mln.
