I Use IB

While they do not offer funds they have everything else (stock, options, futures, even direct access to many international markets) are the least expensive I have been able to find, are very fast and keep improving their user interface.

They do not offer integrated charting but I prefer having my charting software separate anyway. Nor are they very customer support oriented but once you understand that you are not going to get anything by arguing with your broker it doesn't matter.

I prefer not to pay the interest that money market funds are charging these days so it is not a problem. They handle ETF's very well (No charge either way $1000 minimum)so I suppose you could keep money elsewhere and transfer it in and out as needed.

(I like the fact that since I've started using them about three years ago I have not gotten a single margin call (their system just immediately closes postions for you when you go over - which you can watch happen in real time since you have real time updates of your equity value and margin requirement.)
