I don't expect that to happen....eventually, the north will be pacified and become stable as has already happened in the south.....the key is to convince the locals that Saddam and his thugs will not be coming back....so either getting Saddam or confirming we already got him is key in that effort....as well as improving conditons regarding water supplies, electiricty, etc......all I hear from those in the trenches in Iraq is that while the conditions are unpleasant, extremely hot and dusty, the locals are overwhelmingly glad for US presence....although they naturally would like to see us get Saddam and then go home....and the nonsense about low morale is just that....nonsense
