i was watching Bloomberg this AM and some dood opined that this was likely GOOD news for Citi. his logic was that Sandy had taken the bank through its darkest days, and gotten them through OK, and now the coast looked clear and it was time to step down. under this scenario Sandy is i guess some kind of good samaratin who wants his successor to take all the credit for the good times to come.

i think you know what my interpretation is <g>

meanwhile, my bonds continue to kick butt.....
