What is so amazing is that there is only a 1 cent loss predicted . And, then the amount of cash seems significant-----"The company also said that it used only a modest amount of cash in the third quarter and expects to report an ending balance of $4.9 billion in cash and short-term investments for the quarter." From the chart ---Lucent appears to be finishing its down side slide that many stocks have already had. Is this a company that is dieing or a company that can rise from the ashes? mj
