I have felt for awhile that Oracle is the poster child for a bad corporate citizen and these gross options giveaways to executives are yet more evidence of that fact. Oracle is hiring 8000 workers in India and laying off all the US based equivalents which were doing the same jobs. This means Oracle is a gross example of a few grossly overpaid executives at the top reaping the fruits of thousands of Indian-based lowly compensated workers. Also Oracle apps software is some of the buggiest in the industry. Meanwhile Larry tries to take down quality companies like Psft who are able to out-execute them in apps.
