Lizzie, I do not believe that ORCL has anywhere close to the worst product on the market. In the high end market, their products are some of the best. As far as communication being a problem with the professionals that ORCL employees in China and India, I think you are one of those "white boys who can't jump" or to put it more precisely you lost because of your poor skill set or was it your partner that lost out to a more qualified foreign programmer.
