Just found this on the hot topics list and recognized the business name as one i knew from a former life. This is a very tough business to make money in as is evidenced by the performance fo the company. I haven't looked at their P&L, but if they can operate at more than a 25% gross margin, this is a good busniess for this industry. It is very competitive, and the buy out content is huge, and one bad job can wipe out an entire year. These guys may think they can stuff their software down their users throat, but where are they going to get the support when these guys go belly up. can I short this thing?
