"Quadrax" ski bindings have been sold by Salomon for several years now, but I don't think there is any relation to Quadrax, Inc. (They are kind of a lower end binding in their product line.) At least I've never read anything about it. As for snowboards, Quadrax acquired Vega, a snowboard (among other things) manufacturer over a year ago. No news about the Vega acquisition since then. It was described in detail in their SEC filings, though. If a golf shaft is so great, why not a thermoplastic snowboard?
