Even in his best press, which that was, he never says what EXACTLY he'd do differently. He sits back and criticizes, which is OK if you're a senator. But if your a presidential contender, you need to offer concrete solutions which are clearly differentiated from the sitting office holder. Kerry fails this task and, after having watched him closely since his law school days, I doubt he'll change as the campaign grows.
