Every effort was made to determine whether or not Iraq had a post-91 nuke program. There was only one conclusion -- no nuke program after 1991. The scandal now over the State of the Union Speech revolves around this issue because, in the absence of any evidence whatsoever of a nuke program, the President of the United States faced the nation and provided false evidence that there was a secret nuke program that had not otherwise been reported. No nuke program after 1991. No report to the contrary. None. Not one.
