Hello Jay,
You said "I was informed that 1 year treasury rates in India have dropped from 11% to 5% in the past 3 years." May I ask, where do you get such juicy information?. Was it, incredibly enough from Merrill Lynch? I remember them strongly recommending Nortel because in the fifties it was sharply down from its high and the industry was bound to recover. (For some reason I failed to take this advice but I certainly remember it.)
