We have seen this kind of pattern several times. Before a big rally it will initiate a sudden sharp fall with small volumn. I agree with Mark. It was MM who tried to cummulate some shares for themselves. Just look the spread which has been manipulated a lot by MM. Usually, spread is more than 1/4, the price intent to go up; or less than 1/8, price will slide down.

SYSF likes to play domination on the sector of the market rather than making a profit in short terms. They know that once they get Dell, others will follow. If they beat the WS estimate, with a couple of big deal and news, I will hold on my shares for a long ride.
