What 'if' the BIG GOVERNMENT worker, while in the home, notices a magazine of questionable moral content; can that family expect a court summons from social services?

What 'if' the BIG GOVERNMENT worker, while in the home, notices that the family is fond of high-fat foods, or coffee, or high-carb foods, or that perhaps a member of that family is a smoker. Can that family expect a court summons from social services?
