The author of the report also speaks for himself, and as a journalist he is responsible to investigate and check his facts. He was also interviewed on NPR as I posted. discover.npr.org As for Blair, he copied a student paper that was written twelve years ago and presented it as conclusive top-notch British intelligence -- the onus is entirely on Blair to demonstrate that he has a better source this time around. BTW, if Blair was a journalist he would have been fired for his failure to cite his sources.
