That I can do with orange juice and bananas. The yorgurt part, I get those bacteria from a capsule that was prescribed for me. Regulation of the bowels after you hit 50 seems to be a problem. My 5am has become my 10am. Cuts into my fishing time.

BTW I can tell you not to throw spinnerbaits in Clinton Lake and hope to catch bass. Did that today. Fun being out on the water for a change.
