in no particular order

1. check the start up folder for fxxx.com.exe
2. run msconfig and see if it's there
3. install a free evaluation copy of TrojanHunter misec.net
4. run a program like RegCleaner to search out and remove fxxx.com.exe entries vtoy.fi
5. make sure a good firewall is in place that alerts on outbound connection attempts
6. install Startup Cop pcmag.com
7. install Startup Monitor (notifies you when any program registers itself to run at system startup) mlin.net
8. install Startup Control Panel (controls programs that run at system start) mlin.net
