Reaper's deflationary scenario remains the natural response of the economic system here. Until unnatural currency devaluation strategies are employed, the natural response is what we should expect. That means deflation continues as the overriding theme, and continued low long-term market interest rates - until they revive the Bernanke Put and start really trying to trash currency.
