where are you?
we're missing you.

I've been busy fighting crime in the streets of Manhattan.

It's been a good experience working in the big city this week. <seriously>

Not nearly as bad as I expected. Quite enjoyable at times.
As I walk the busy streets to and from the station I look
at the faces of the people hurrying and wonder if I'm the
only one in the rat race who isn't caught up in it. (At
least not yet.) Anyway it's been fun so far.

However, it has severely eaten into my internet time.
But in return I have been given tons of new experiences and
fodder to write about. I took a few pictures the other
day. All I need is a little bit of time to post them.

I have to keep this short and catch the 5:43 train
southbound to Grand Central Station. I'll see ya later.

Tell AltAir19 that I enjoyed his pictures while they were
up on that site. (It seems that they aren't there anymore
though.) Can't wait to read his stories about the trip.
Probably as much as I want to read the rest of Polvo's
sailing letters that he owes his son. (Hint, hint.) And
tell Scoot that I'm very proud of him, Yen and Well Hung.
That site will make it even easier for people to donate.
Hopefully he includes that link after every message he
posts about the project. Tell him that the website is
great. The only problem I noticed was that it seemed that
the top graphics that had the part where you could click to
contact them, etc. was cut off a little short and it did
not seem to be able to scroll down to read the words
fully. As if the bottom words were cut in half. (Anyone
else having this problem or is it just this cruddy machine
I'm on?)

Wish I had more time but I don't. I hear the the whistle
blowin'.

I hear the train a comin'
It's rollin' 'round the bend,
And I ain't seen the sunshine,
Since, I don't know when,
