I think in a normal down cycle many of these weaker companies would go out of business or be bought by someone else which gets rid of the over capacity and gets us ready for the next bull. Between low rates and the roaring market these companies have been able to hang on. As long as this big over supply exists I don't see how we can truly start the next bull. Without the jamming of massive liquidity by uncle Al I truly think we would be in our 2nd or 3rd quarter of a strong new bull instead of this ramped helium supported bullshit.

Just my theory anyhow.
