With regards to what ASND would want with ANET since they (ASND) has CSCC, I made a call to the sales department at ASND. I spent a good amount of time with a couple of salespeople, trying to figure out what my company would buy that they make. They indicated a bunch of stuff, of course, but when I pressed for VoFR and VoIP, the response was, "we don't at this time support that technology." I mentioned that it is important to my group of properties that we have Vo products, via FR. They were flustered. They hit a wall with NO PRODUCT. Seems to me they better figure out a way to get on the Vo bandwagon (not to mention this whole VoIP jazz). I'm not saying ASND would buy ANET, but the networking companies all will likely continue to expand in the Vo arena.
