The OTC guys made a new high, but SPX and INDU have failed to do the same. If they join the COMPX/NDX, we'll have a "happy family" - if not, then this is a bearish divergence. Whatever happens, for the moment Mr. Market imo is holding the cards pretty close to the vest.
