Being discrete about Kiss & Tell is a far cry from waging war for profit. The current neofascist regime is actively trying to engage in the tyranny of the majority, the very action that most worried the founders. The hallmark of fascism is that the administration is trying to usurp the powers of the legislature and courts through quid-pro-quo deals and consentrate all power in the executive. It's not just the lies or just the wars, it's the dismantling of representative government that brings on the dark night of fascism.
