Hi Blackwatch/C.C. - I didn't put it together until now.
Anyway what makes you think that BLS is looking out for shareholder interest? The stock price is exactly where it was a month ago, $0.30+ only reduced by a factor of 10 because of the reverse split. anyone who was holding since a month ago has only about 10% of their investment left. The common stock holder just got screwed with the RS then a BK. The old 1 - 2 punch.
