Yes, that is one way of going back to instant lynching, but nobody promised the road
would be easy, all those things before France finally sent over that statue.

Did you get it? constitutional statue shackles and that funny US judicial history and present, where
Ginsburg had to reply to the young student "well, nobody has copied the US system",
and she did not talk about just elections, she actually avoided them extremely efficiently.

Unluckily uttered when she just had invited another female supreme judge from France
to a promising US university, she must have felt the heat of the real US dilemma.
(but that french female supreme judge avoided handing over more salt for that infection)

Btw, even Bush did some feeble recent attempts in Senegal.

But the two-party system has blessed USA for many centuries, one must
remember that for many future centuries, just as both as well as that french
supreme judgess kind of said (this was long before Ashcroft)
