Hello Ernie,

Not only is the prepaid card marketed to people that fail
the usual credit test but how about people with short or
non-existant credit histories like students and young couples?
I would imagine the cards/phones would be sold cash/check
but I had not asked. That is the way the prepaid cards
are sold in my area of the country.......I will ask because
I had not thought of extending credit to them......don't
care much for that.
