BTW, I do not think China cowers in fear of North Korea.

Perhaps 'cower' is not the right word for China. Still, I doubt they regard the possibility of a nuclear NK run by most unstable and desperate leaders, and the potential for millions of starving refugees flooding into China, with equanimity.
