Both CVS and PETM have made good gains. Odd how peopl;e equate the ability to spend with being healthy. Or is it the other way around?

There has recently been an explosion of new construction bids. I pay $7,000 for my information. I'm sure the supplier would not be to appreciated if I reposted his information. When I figure a better way to post whoes spending the money I will get back on this.

The spenders for the past 2 months have been the hotels building the 4/5 star buildings. Marriot has been leading the charge.

Warning though. Building permits will move a little in the Federal economic report. It may even be enough to budge the markets. IN THREE MONTHS WHEN THESE PROJECTS START THERE WILL BE AN UNSEASONALABLE BOOM IN COSTRUCTION SPENDING. BUT THE MOTHER LOAD OF THESE PROJECTS ARE FROM 2001/2002 AND WERE PUT OFF DUE TO FUNDING AND ARE STARTING UP BECAUSE IT IS NOW OR NEVER. THERE IS VERY LITTLE ACTUAL NEW WORK BEING APPROVED. FOLLOWING THE BOOM ON THE CONSTRUCTION SPENDING REPORT I PREDICT PEOPLE WILL PUT THE DISPORTINATE RISE IN SPENDING TO PERMITS INTO PERSPECTIVE.

all just a guess - will wait and see
