The Bush-Blair spin machine was on full cycle today.
Trying so hard to not admit any lies or deceptions. But it doesn't really work even though Tony made a nice speech.
Tony's speech also criticized Bushies for not making nice with the UN and for walking away from the Kyoto Treaty in case anyone noticed. Blair is obviously not too comfortable with corporate right-wing neocons. Reportedly back in Britain, Blair is practically toast. There are not many rightwing neocons in the UK to support him, unlike Bush with his sizeable hardline right-wing base who refuse to ever admit he lied or deceived no matter what the evidence.

Blair also was quite taken with all the applause he got in Congress. Usually, he's dodging rotten tomatoes in Parliament.
