Hello Dan, My information is that this company is still the technological leader in the oil patch. No doubt they are all a little subdued right now, but the CEO needed such comeupans to put him back on the track. The business plan of growth was a bit more than reality could support...It is not only the LA problems. This is still a good company. I do not believe the takeover rumors...(don't trust me I know nothing), but I think that for the long term this is still the technological darling of the oil patch...the analyists are just down for a while. The CEO got his ego over inflated...I bet he is more down to earth today. The technology and the people who made it are still in place...Think about it... Regards Steve Mynes
