I am totally with the analysis that there must have been WMDs. Otherwise, it is difficult to explain Saddam's behavior. However, why can't we find them? Is it possible that the program was known only to the 10-20 people who we haven't caught yet? What was their expertise so that they could do it on their own without anybody knowing? We should hire these guys for our CIA!
