I feel like a fish in a barrel with these guys. What they just did was tantamount to a huge dillution at about a 15% discount. Management has taken money out of shareholder pockets and given them to the institutional CB investors. To say that this a refinancing is outrageous unless they announce that they are paying off the debt early which I am ready to hold a fire to their feet if they procrastinate over this.
