a penny stock Simtek (SRAM) recently has a bid /ask size of 2500/2500 after having 5000/5000 for years. Now today it has changed to bid size 2,500 ask size 5,900. What does this mean, if anything. Is the bid size shares offered for sale and ask size is shares wanted to buy, correct?
