Clinton received bad intel on the Khartoum hit, just as any president often receives bad intel. In Afghanistan we bombed a wedding party and Canadian soldiers. Are you saying Bush should be held directly accountable for these fault bombing runs?

The point is you dont start an entire 200 billion dollar war on faulty intel. A bombing run is forgiveable. That happens. An entire war. Unforgiveable if bad intel (which they KNEW was bad) was used as the justification, and if the threat was highly exaggerated.
