Thanks Ron...My plan on this buy was to do exactly that....put under mattress and forget about it. I just wish I had the same mentality with the shares I bought in the $3's....but then again, market was way down, and I bought. We rallied, but I didnt think it would last and I was looking at 100%+ gains on alot of stocks, so I sold, booked my profit and waited for another tank job, at which time I would buy alot back.....as it is, most everything I sold kept going up and up and up, as we never got the tank job I expected. But, I still kept alot....I went to 50% cash but stayed 50% vested, so I still had some big gainers...and of course, now I am about 90% vested, sitting on a little cash, and I am sure as soon as I put the other 10% to work, down the markets shall go <ggg>

As far as Nextel, see my post on Home On The Range Thread...I did my own little survey of Nextel users.......Anyway, I am not concerned with Nextel the company...they are kicking butt and taking names, while their competition is hurting.....NXTL users are very loyal. Others coming out with push to talk features have their work cut out for them if they think they are going to get NXTL customers to switch, even for a cheaper price. If ALL NXTL users dont switch, not many will. Anyway, like I said, I think NXTL is executing very, very nicely, and my concern is not with nextel, but with the economy, world events and etc...if the markets get whacked, no matter how well NXTL is executing, it will get whacked just like every other stock. And as we go higher and higher one must wonder if folks, nervous nellies are going to start selling in droves, or we keep pushing the bar higher. Frankly, I can see it both ways, so I dont know what will happen. As we go higher, people will either get nervous and sell rather then risk losing gains, which could cause a chain reaction of selling and a major "correction", or if we can somehow keep pushing higher and break key resistance levels, maybe people will not want the train to leave without them and money will flow into equities. I have no idea which will happen.....but, am planning on holding my NXTL. If it tanks, I'll add. But Damn, I keep thinking of how much I would have made had I kept all of those shares bought in $3's all the way to $20, and I tell you, it is serious bucks. Life changing bucks that I missed out on. But one can not look at it that way. I got my 100+% and shouldn't complain....but I didnt know I could have almost 600% on a BOATLOAD of shares had I just held out a few more months<ggg>......
