No the trouble is that as a leader Bush failed to lead either the US or the UN. If he were honest and had faith in the American public and the world he would have stated his case ie Saddam is a bad guy and there is honor and nobility in taking him out. He didn't have the confidence in himself to make that case so he lied. In this he failed miserably as a leader and lost his credibility. Meanwhile our troops are spread thin and Korea is a true threat to world security and we don't have enough soldiers left in our armies to take care of that problem.
