Yes, I see it has been 'sold' something like 4 times, and it's conditional that you have to sell it back to the organization..... or some baloney like that.

It sounds to me like some sort of 'spread the risk' insurance policy to me moreso than a sale of a chunk of a real 'company', or am I wrong ?
