Yup. Just like in post war japan and germany. A little guidance from the worlds oldest democracy is called for here. It may not work, but worth a try. The use of the epithet puppet is kind of ridiculous, you know. This is not a soviet puppet state like EGermany or Samoza/banana republic. We are trying to do the right thing here with the right folks. May work out, may not. mike
