I don't see anything wonderful about Tom's management if the company has never even been profitable when all the expenses, including stock option expense, are considered.

Sorry but when a company goes from nothing to having billions in the bank, the argument you raise about Sebl (or for that matter Cisco) just doesn't hold water.

Think about it hueyone, most of the world are not beancounters. You are telling me that Sebl never made a cent even though they were nothing 10 years ago and have billions in the bank now. Sounds to me like the accounting profession needs an overhaul.

I remember getting in this same discussion regarding Cisco a while ago. Somebody was trying to convince me that Cisco never made a cent in its entire existance and that all of their cash on hand came from selling stock. That is essentially what you are trying to imply here with Sebl. Anyway with Cisco you have a company doing 4.5 billion per quarter with 70%+ gross margins. Billions generated every quarter in profit, but no they aren't making a cent because "all this money goes to employee options". Another unbelievable claim, it implies every cisco employee is a billionaire.
