What do Americans think ? or Confused in Canada. In Canada we have an intelligence agency just like the one in the United States, well not really, we have an agency. The CIA has admitted that they were responsible for the inclusion of the Nigerian Scam Letter in the State of the Union address by the American President. This is a very severe blow to CIA credibility. "highly dubious" are the words that come to mind, I wonder if Prime Minister Chretien was aware of this "intelligence".
