Jay, thanks for charging the cape. It's very disappointing if taunts go uncharged. You got the meaning right.
You shouldn't claim to be altruistically trying to save me though, because if I sell, to be saved, that means the buyer will not be saved, which means you care less for them than me. You should, to be properly altruistic, save them as much as me.
Because somebody has to own the shares, you can't save everyone. Therefore, you are merely trying to benefit yourself by being Mr Saving The Poor Blighters investment advisor and feeling good about being able to point to somebody you saved. But you didn't save the buyer. See?
Anyway, my decision on selling and buying stuff wasn't a binary one, "Jay says .... or Jay says --- therefore I will do that". Your comments were a variable to be added into the vast melange of muck which circles around in my head, eventually precipitating action. I had been watching and waiting for exactly what transpired for 3 years before I'd even heard of you. My timing was surely affected somewhat by your perspicacious comments. But you needn't feel too much satisfaction or guilt at any outcomes for me.

PS: Look at Yiwu charge, waving "racist" and "stereotype" and even throwing in "racial profiling". Ramsey Su is too cunning to fall for such a simple trap. He's Big Game and it takes more than a bit of taunting to get him to shake the bars on his cage. It used to be easy - a political rant would have him taking the bait, but now it takes subtlety and delicious tidbits. See, even people from Hong Kong are disparate. |
