Anti-abortion "extremist" groups blow up clinics and murder doctors. Do you see a difference in what "extremist" might mean. It is not that they are "less" extremist, but "extremist" has an entirely different meaning. There are "extreme" ideas, those that are a number of "standard deviations" from a group's norm, and there is "extreme" behavior, murder and the celebration of murderers in the case of neo-Nazis.
