how you would handle it. Send them the food and oil we stopped sending them when this flap with BUsh started. Cheaper than a war and we will have to feed them anyway. And it will do much to reburnish the American ideals and values so beautifully stated by Tony Blair. Support the So Korea Sunshine policy that has been trashed and unsupported. Send in International Humanitarian Support (you know, a coalition) including doctors, medical supplies, Red Cross. While doing this, sneak some technology in to begin communication with the outside world. Budget for it! I am sure it will be cheaper than military intervention. All we are saying is, War , bellicosity, interdiction, unilateralism, invasion, occupation and a "bring 'em on " mentality does not seem to be very helpful to anybody, anywhere. Get over this simplistic : "We can't meet with them because it is blackmail" stuff. Soldiers die because chickenhawk leaders like to act/look tough. Take a meeting.
