Horse hockey. In 1967, there were not tactical communications that were using either frequency hopping or spread spectrum, which have AJ properties. Operating on a single frequency, as in 1967, jamming tactical communications is straight forward. Once you reach a power level sufficient to interfere with the signal, you've jammed it.
