FWIW: I was in this stock at .27 and sold out at .25 and do not own it now, however I thought I would post the following information as this stock has made a decent move in the last few months. I thought some of you might want to put it on your watch list.

On June 11, 2003, we paid in full a $750,000 Balloon Promissory Note secured by a first mortgage on our headquarters facility located at 6531 NW 18th Court, Plantation, Florida. A Satisfaction of Mortgage was executed by the lender, Peter Wolofsky, on June 12, 2003 and recorded in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida on June 19, 2003.

Medical Device Bureau of Health Canada Accepts Imaging Diagnostic's 'New Medical Device' License Application for Review

LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Imaging Diagnostic Systems, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: IMDS - News) announced today that the Company received notification from the Medical Device Bureau of Health Canada that their application for a "New Medical Device" license has been accepted for review. A final evaluation of the safety and effectiveness of the CTLM® system will be conducted to determine if it is in accordance with the Medical Device Regulations of Canada. If the application is approved, this will enable the commercialization of the CTLM® in Canada.

Imaging Diagnostic Systems has received CE Marking, UL listing, ISO 9002 certification and FDA export certification for its CTLM® system. The CTLM® system is the first patented breast-imaging system that utilizes state-of-the-art laser technology and patented algorithms to create 3-D cross sectional images of the breast.
