That is so strange you should say that. I was out front watering some plants, and my next door neighbor pulled out of his drive way. This young woman, who lives in our neighborhood, came barreling down the street, and we live one house away from a four way stop. She had small children in their car seats, and she was talking on her cell phone..she slammed on her brakes and barely missed crashing into him.
If it had been a child or dog, who couldn't speed up to get out of the way, it would have been hit. Then she had the never to honk at him!
I'm calling the police to sit at the stop sign again. I'm in charge of the neighborhood watch, so I'm not a nosey neighbor..I have people from the neighborhood calling me all the time, requesting speed bumps, or more cops patroling..This is a very small group of homes and our street is the only way in and out, and everyone speeds..
