I thought I answered your first question. I supported the war and I still do. I have posted that I feel the administration was foolish to try to justify the war with finding things that were totally under the control of Saddam. Besides the real reason to oust Saddam was the same as I would advocate today if Hitler were in power. That is, to save millions from rape, murder and mayhem, force is justified. I don't like force and I prefer peace. But unlike debating on these threads, you can't make peace with yourself and survive in a hostile neighborhood.

As for being a Zionist, I don't consider myself any label. I have never visited nor would I live in Israel I prefer to explain rather than label. I don't like liberal, conservative, etc. There is much that I would change in Israel. However, I do support the existence of Israel as a haven for Jews. Given the history, the vast majority of Americans realize that having this tiny piece of land is a safety valve, given the holocaust and centuries of persecution.
