1)I do not have a clue why you are talking about broad band jamming 2)try to read a bit on the topic though for educational purpose and if you wish I would even test you <ggggggg> 3)distress signal was discussed but it is not the same as broad band jamming 4) there are also some other blocking methods that were mentioned
