Vocabulary is a strong indicator of intelligence or the lack of it. Bush can't master vocabulary and his test scores show it. I used to work with "mentally handicapped" adults. Our "high functioning" "clients" were right around 60-70. Bush is lacking a lot of brain power to be running our country. I bet his Cabinet has to talk down to him. Use small words Ms. Rice, lol.
